How much is shipping?

All orders are shipped USPS flat rate.

What is the Shipping Policy?

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Saturals​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Saturals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

How long will it take my order to ship? 

Allow 5-7 business days for order processing and payment verification, 7-10 business days for domestic delivery. Update: Shipping may be delayed due to Covid-19.

Am I eligible for a refund or exchange?

All online sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

I do not live in the U.S.A. Can I order online?

Yes we ship internationally. Additional shipping charges may apply.

We require that your billing and shipping address match to prevent identity and credit card fraud.

Do you restock your inventory? 

Yes, Saturals will update out of stock items as needed.
